Welcome to Zentangle® for peaceful creativity that brings mindfulness and relaxation. The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. These patterns called tangles are done on lovely paper tiles with the drawing process of tangling. No art experience is needed to enjoy Zentangle®.
It feels like your brain is getting a massage.
Jessica teaches Zentangle® to individuals and groups in person or virtually. A Zentangle® class is a great experience for team building or as a wellness activity. Invite Jessica to your worksite, craft get-together, or support group. Offering a Zentangle® gathering is a great way to thank staff and volunteers for their hard work by enhancing creativity and promoting self-care.
As children, we are drawn to drawing: it flows naturally. As adults, many see putting pen to paper as purely functional.
Remember the Joy of Creating
with Zentangle® and feel pen across paper, watch patterns grow, create depth & contrast.
Anything is possible, one stroke at a time.™
You might l think I couldn’t possibly do that. Yet stroke by stroke, you will admire your very first tile & say:
I CAN do that, I am an artist!
No Mistakes!
If a line or mark isn’t what was intended, it is an opportunity to see how the patterns will develop.
Jessica (she/her) is a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) based in Western Massachusetts USA where she happily tangles whenever she can. With a career in health care, Jessica has a professional background in the benefits of self-care and mindfulness. Jessica is an expert teacher and presenter, experienced with all ages and ability levels.
A life-long crafter, Jessica always believed she couldn’t draw and wasn’t an artist until she found the Zentangle® Method. After taking classes with Zentangle® founders Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts, Jessica completed intensive training to become a CZT.
